You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions described below.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, Squishy World will cover the costs related to the approved return or replacement.

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect or incorrect item must be provided

  • Photos or videos recorded during the unboxing process are strongly recommended

  • The item and its original packaging must be kept until our support team completes the review

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide the necessary instructions at no additional cost to you.

💬 Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind or were not satisfied with it, the following conditions apply:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unopened when applicable, in its original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The item must be sent to the return address provided by our support team

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price only

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
